Brasstack sells digital downloads that you can access as soon as you pay. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer a money-back guarantee or refunds for change of mind.

When we will help

• Defective file: a file won't open, is corrupted or is missing from your download.
• Not as described: what you received differs materially from the product page.

Email brasstack@avitwil.io within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description. We will first try to fix or replace the file. If we cannot, a refund may be issued after review; every refund is approved individually.

Not covered

• Change of mind or buying the wrong product.
• Not having software to open .docx/.xlsx files (Google Docs/Sheets are free).
• Legal outcomes of using a template; templates are not legal advice.
