I can't find my download
Check the email from Payhip (and your spam folder). The link is also shown right after payment.
The file won't open
Use Word/Excel 2016+ or upload the file to Google Drive and open it with Google Docs/Sheets. If it still fails, email us; that counts as a defective file under our refund policy.
Formulas show errors in Google Sheets
Open the file via File → Import, or upload it and choose "Open with Google Sheets". Send us a screenshot if it persists.
